Tennessee Intervention & Family Support

Helping Tennessee families understand what they are facing and determine the right path forward.

When someone you love is struggling with addiction, mental health challenges, an eating disorder, or a combination of concerns, it can be difficult to know what requires immediate action and what kind of help will actually make a difference.

Interventions With Love supports families throughout Tennessee from our Nashville office. Some families contact us while responding to an immediate crisis. Others have spent months or years trying to manage the situation privately while continuing to care for children, maintain careers, protect finances, and hold the rest of the family together.

You do not need to know whether your family needs an intervention before reaching out. Our first step is to understand what is happening, what has already been tried, and what support may be most helpful now.

How We Support Tennessee Families

Every family arrives with a different history, set of concerns, and level of urgency. Depending on your needs, our work may include:

  • Family Systems Coaching
  • Intervention Services
  • Treatment Placement
  • Wrap-Around Care Coordination
  • Recovery Coaching
  • Life & Wellness Coaching
  • Transitional Recovery Support
  • Family education, planning, and ongoing guidance

Intervention is one tool, but it is not always the first or only answer. We help families look at the whole situation, identify the patterns keeping everyone stuck, and create a plan that fits the individual and the family.

Serving Nashville and Families Across Tennessee

Our Nashville office anchors our work throughout Middle Tennessee, including Nashville, Franklin, Brentwood, Belle Meade, Murfreesboro, and Clarksville. We also support families throughout West and East Tennessee, including Memphis, Jackson, Knoxville, and Chattanooga.

Where someone lives is only one part of determining the right support. Treatment recommendations are based on the person's clinical needs, history, family dynamics, strengths, challenges, and long-term goals, not simply on which program happens to be closest.

Support for Music and Entertainment Professionals

Nashville families connected to music and entertainment often face additional layers of complexity.

Artists, touring professionals, producers, managers, crew members, and their loved ones may be balancing addiction or mental health concerns alongside travel schedules, public visibility, financial obligations, contractual responsibilities, and pressure to continue performing while something serious is happening privately.

We approach these situations with discretion and thoughtful planning. Our role is to help the individual, family, and professional support system create a path toward care that respects both the person's wellbeing and the realities of their career.

When an Intervention May Be Appropriate

A structured family intervention may be recommended when a loved one repeatedly refuses help, safety concerns are growing, previous treatment attempts have not held, or the family recognizes that continuing in the same pattern is no longer sustainable.

When intervention is the appropriate next step, we guide the family through preparation, communication, treatment planning, the intervention itself, and the decisions that follow.

For other families, Family Systems Coaching begins first. Changing how the family communicates, responds, provides support, and holds boundaries can create meaningful movement even when the loved one is not yet ready to participate.

Treatment and Ongoing Support

Accepting help is an important beginning, but it is not the end of the work.

We help families identify appropriate treatment options based on the whole person, coordinate admissions and transitions, communicate with providers when releases are in place, and remain involved as treatment and recovery needs evolve.

Families may continue working with us through family coaching, recovery coaching, transitional support, or wrap-around case management. The goal is to help treatment, family support, and recovery planning remain connected rather than allowing families to manage every piece alone.

Begin With a Conversation

You do not have to diagnose the problem, choose a service, or persuade your loved one to accept help before contacting us. Your complimentary consultation gives us an opportunity to understand your family's situation, answer your questions, and determine the most appropriate next steps together.
