When you visit this site, our hosting platform (Cloudflare) and analytics services may collect standard technical information: IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL, and approximate location based on IP. We do not use cross-site tracking cookies for advertising purposes.

Confidentiality

Information shared during a consultation, intervention, or coaching engagement is treated as confidential. We do not disclose the identity of clients or their families to third parties without your explicit, written authorization, except where required by law (for example, when there is a credible threat of harm to self or others, or in response to a valid subpoena).

Interventionists are not licensed psychotherapists, and our services are not psychotherapy. However, we hold ourselves to professional ethical standards equivalent to those expected of licensed clinicians regarding client confidentiality.

How we share information

We share your personal information only with:

• Service providers we use to operate our practice (booking software, email, secure document storage). These vendors are bound by confidentiality agreements.
• Treatment providers and other professionals you authorize us to coordinate with on your loved one's behalf.
• Authorities, only where required by law or to prevent imminent harm.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

How long we keep your information

We retain client records for the period required by our credentialing bodies and applicable state law (typically seven years after the conclusion of services). Casual inquiries that do not result in an engagement are retained for up to twelve months unless you request earlier deletion.

You have the right to:

• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information (subject to legal record-keeping obligations)
• Withdraw consent for future contact at any time
