Family intervention and recovery support across Pennsylvania.
We work with Pennsylvania families from our Pennsylvania office line and remotely across the state — from Philadelphia and the Lehigh Valley to Pittsburgh and the rural counties in between. The starting point is always a conversation, not a contract.
Pennsylvania has carried a heavy burden through the opioid epidemic, and the families we hear from are often quietly worn down by years of worry. Reaching out is not an admission of failure. It's usually the first thing that finally changes the pattern.

Where we work in Pennsylvania
Pennsylvania is a big, varied state, and families' needs look different depending on where they live. We support families in the Philadelphia and Lehigh Valley corridor, around Pittsburgh in the west, through the Harrisburg–Lancaster–York region of the south-central counties, and in the smaller rural communities where the nearest treatment program may be an hour away.
Most of our work with Pennsylvania families happens by phone and video, with in-person interventions arranged when the situation calls for everyone to be in the same room.
The Pennsylvania families we hear from
From the cities to the coal-region towns, Pennsylvania has felt the opioid and fentanyl crisis acutely. The families who call us aren't looking for a lecture — they've already read everything online and tried to hold the line on their own.
They want a clear, realistic plan and someone experienced beside them. Often the most useful first step is simply naming what's been happening out loud, with someone who has seen this many times before.
How a Pennsylvania intervention comes together
We start with a complimentary consultation to understand your family, the level of risk, and what's already been attempted. Many families begin with family systems coaching — changing how the family responds first — and move to a structured intervention when safety concerns or repeated refusals make it necessary.
When treatment is the goal, we help you choose a program that genuinely fits, whether it's in Pennsylvania or elsewhere, and coordinate the practical handoff so nothing falls through the cracks.
Support that continues after the intervention
The work doesn't end when a loved one accepts help. Pennsylvania families frequently continue with recovery coaching and ongoing family coaching so the early gains don't unravel when routines return.
We can also coordinate wrap-around case management — tying together treatment, therapy, monitoring, and family support into a single, coherent plan.
If your family is in Pennsylvania, let's talk.
The first conversation is free and confidential. We'll be honest about whether an intervention is the right next step for your family — and if it isn't, what is.
