Gianna was worth her weight in gold. I cannot recommend her enough. I had received her name as a recommendation from someone else, and I came to our first phone call desperate and uncertain of how to move forward with help for my mom. From that first call, Gianna was warm, kind, and professional, and she remained that way throughout our whole time working together. She handled everything with excellence. She is extremely skilled at her job and very passionate about the work of seeing families restored. I was so grateful for her absolute care and attention to detail with each step in the process of getting my mom to her treatment program as well as her family coaching.
