Meet Molly Haines

Recovery wasn't a straight line. I lived every part of it.

My path into this work is personal. For years, I built a corporate career in a world that rewarded achievement. On the outside, things looked good. On the inside, I was quietly living with a progressing addiction and watching it affect the people I loved most.

Change didn't come all at once. It came through setbacks, false starts, and stretches that felt hopeless and isolating. Recovery wasn't a straight line, and I lived every part of that before finding my way through.

My why

Why this work matters to me.

That experience shapes how I work today. I know addiction and mental health challenges don't only touch the person; they ripple through the whole family. I watched the people around me struggling too, unsure how to help and unsure how to take care of themselves at the same time.

Somewhere in that, I saw the gap I've now spent years filling: the missing layer of support that connects individuals and families together in healing.

What I bring to every conversation is more than professional training. It's the warmth of someone who has been there, the clarity of someone who has done the work, and a real belief that recovery is possible for anyone ready to start.

Finding my way into the field

After finding long-term recovery in 2017, I left a successful corporate career to step into this heart-led field.

Before joining Interventions With Love, I trained under respected mentors and became a skilled interventionist, adding rigorous certifications as a Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS), Certified Family Recovery Specialist (CFRS), Certified Case Manager (CCM), and Certified Core Values Recovery Coach (CVRC) to the lived experience I already carried.

I also spent years volunteering in the recovery community, including serving on the leadership board of a nonprofit treatment center, where I helped families find resources and feel less alone during one of the hardest seasons of their lives.

How I practice

Today I walk with individuals and families through every stage, from the first hard conversation, to the milestones worth celebrating, and everything in between.

Beyond the work

Outside of work, I'm rooted in the life I've built. You'll find me at a country music concert in Nashville, cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes with my family, or soaking up time as a new aunt. I love to travel, get lost in a good book, and I'm the person to ask if you need a podcast recommendation. During downtime you can find me at a yoga class, a sound bath, or my favorite coffee shop in my quaint Nashville neighborhood.
