Meet Gianna
Gianna Yunker, CIP, CAI, CFRS, CRS
Family Systems Specialist & Intervention Professional
Founder, Interventions With Love
Gianna Yunker is a triple board certified Family Systems Specialist and Intervention Professional, and the Founder of Interventions With Love, a family centered practice dedicated to supporting families impacted by addiction, complex mental health challenges, disordered eating, and major life transitions.
Gianna works primarily with parents, partners, and families who feel overwhelmed, stuck in crisis patterns, or unsure how to support a loved one without enabling harmful behavior. Her work focuses on helping families stabilize the system around them by strengthening boundaries, improving communication, and developing practical plans that support long-term recovery. She brings a trauma-informed, systems-based approach that emphasizes clarity, pacing, emotional safety, and nonjudgmental support, recognizing that meaningful recovery rarely happens in isolation. Lasting change requires shifts across the entire family system.
In addition to ongoing family systems work and case management, Gianna provides professional intervention services using evidence-based, family-centered models. She works closely with families to prepare for and facilitate interventions, coordinate treatment placement, and support families through early recovery and aftercare planning. Her intervention work balances compassion with accountability and places a strong emphasis on realistic boundaries, thoughtful preparation, and preserving relationships whenever possible.
Gianna holds multiple professional certifications, including Certified Intervention Professional (CIP), Certified ARISE® Interventionist (CAI), Certified Family Recovery Specialist (CFRS), and Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS). With more than a decade of experience in family systems work, she partners with families nationwide to help them move from crisis and confusion toward greater stability, connection, and sustainable change.
Gianna’s commitment to this work is also personal. Having grown up in a family impacted by addiction and generational trauma, she understands firsthand how deeply these challenges affect relationships, trust, and family dynamics. That experience informs the empathy she brings to her work, while her professional training and years of experience guide the structured support she provides to families navigating some of the most difficult moments of their lives.
Outside of her work, Gianna enjoys recharging through yoga and mindfulness, traveling with her husband, and spending time with her dog Ruby. She is also an avid reader who enjoys starting the day with a strong cup of coffee and a good book.
"Thank you for always being so quick and prompt. You saved us and are continuing to save us. I can’t even say how grateful I am and even put it into words. Your positivity, non-judgmental, and loving approach is exactly what this family needs. You're a very special person, and I hope you know that the work you do is nothing short of a miracle."

Meet Molly
Molly Haines, CFRS, CRS, CCM, CVRC
Certified Family Systems Specialist, Certified Recovery Specialist, Certified Case Manger, &
Certified Core Values Recovery Coach
Molly’s path into this work is personal. Before entering the behavioral health field, she spent years building a successful corporate career while quietly struggling with addiction behind the scenes. Like many people, her recovery journey was not linear. It included setbacks, difficult seasons, and moments that felt isolating and uncertain before she ultimately found lasting recovery in 2017.
That experience continues to shape the way she works today. Molly understands that addiction and mental health challenges affect far more than the individual. They impact parents, partners, siblings, and entire family systems. She also understands how overwhelming it can feel for families who want to help but are unsure where to begin or how to support their loved one without losing themselves in the process.
After leaving the corporate world, Molly transitioned into behavioral health and recovery support work full time. She trained under respected mentors in the field and built a strong foundation supporting individuals and families through addiction, mental health challenges, and life transitions. Her approach combines lived experience with practical guidance, structure, accountability, and compassion.
Molly is a Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS), Certified Family Recovery Specialist (CFRS), Certified Case Manager (CCM), and Certified Core Values Recovery Coach (CVRC). In addition to her professional work, she spent years volunteering within the recovery community, including serving on the leadership board of a nonprofit treatment center where she helped connect families with resources and support during difficult periods of transition.
Today, Molly works closely with individuals and families navigating recovery, family conflict, treatment transitions, emotional overwhelm, and the challenges that often come with rebuilding trust and stability. Her style is warm, grounded, and direct, helping families feel supported while also creating clear steps forward.
She also works with individuals who may not be in crisis, but who feel stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, or uncertain about what comes next. Whether someone is navigating a major life transition, rebuilding routines and confidence, or trying to create more balance and direction in everyday life, Molly offers practical support that helps people move forward with greater clarity and stability.
Outside of work, Molly enjoys traveling, reading, yoga, live music, and exploring Nashville, where she lives. She loves spending time with family, cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes, and discovering new podcasts and local coffee shops.

Meet Jim
Jim Miller, RCP
Certified Recovery Coach | Sober Companion | Safe Transport Specialist
Jim Miller provides recovery coaching, sober companion support, and safe transport services for individuals navigating treatment transitions and early recovery. Through Interventions With Love, he works alongside families and care teams to help individuals build stability, maintain accountability, and stay engaged in the recovery process.
Jim brings both professional training and lived experience to his work. After a long career as a touring musician and more than three decades as a sales manager in a high-pressure industry, Jim entered the behavioral health field later in life following his own recovery journey. His experience gives him a deep respect for how complex and non-linear recovery can be, and allows him to connect with people from many walks of life without judgment or pretense.
As a recovery coach and sober companion, Jim supports individuals in building structure in daily life, strengthening healthy routines, identifying triggers, and developing the habits that support long-term change. His approach emphasizes steady presence, practical accountability, and genuine encouragement as clients navigate the challenges of early recovery.
When additional support is needed, Jim may also assist with safe transport to treatment, helping individuals and families navigate what can often be one of the most difficult first steps toward care.
Jim believes that recovery is built through consistency, connection, and the willingness to begin again. He approaches his work with humility, respect, and a strong belief that meaningful change is possible for everyone.
Outside of his work, Jim enjoys spending time with his wife in their empty-nest season, writing and recording music, and continually tinkering with his ever-evolving golf game.
