# Interventions With Love

## A steady hand for the hardest weeks.

We sit with families navigating addiction and complex mental-health crises, through the first phone call, the long week, and everything that comes after.

Led by Gianna Yunker (CIP, CAI, CFRS, CRS), a Family Systems Specialist and Certified Intervention Professional.

## Memberships

- **AIS**, Association of Intervention Specialists
- **Soberlink**, Certified Provider
- **ARISE®**, Certified Interventionist

## Meet Gianna Yunker

As a Family Systems Specialist and Intervention Professional, Gianna works alongside parents, partners, and loved ones to help them understand what is happening, align around healthy decisions, and take meaningful steps toward change.

Through family systems work, structured interventions, case management, and recovery support, she helps families move from crisis and confusion toward greater stability, connection, and hope.

> Recovery rarely happens in isolation. Lasting change requires support and shifts across the entire family system.

- **[Wrap-Around Services](https://www.interventionswithlove.com/services/wrap-around.md)**, When a person needs treatment, therapy, medication management, sober support, family work, and a clear plan, wrap-around services hold all of it together.
- **[Eating Disorder Interventions](https://www.interventionswithlove.com/services/eating-disorders.md)**, Eating-disorder interventions require a different rhythm than substance-use interventions. We move slowly, work with specialty centers, and stay close to the family for the long haul.
- **[Complex Mental Health Conditions](https://www.interventionswithlove.com/services/complex-mental-health.md)**, Mental-health crises are not always addiction crises, and the response cannot be the same. We work with families navigating treatment-resistant conditions and the long road they require.
- **[Cannabis Use Disorder & Cannabis-Induced Psychosis (CIP)](https://www.interventionswithlove.com/services/cannabis-induced-psychosis.md)**, Today's cannabis is not the cannabis families grew up with. Higher-potency products are driving a wave of cannabis use disorder and cannabis-induced psychosis that families and many treatment programs aren't yet equipped to recognize, let alone treat. We are.
- **[Treatment Placement](https://www.interventionswithlove.com/services/treatment-placement.md)**, There are thousands of treatment options, and finding the right fit can feel overwhelming. We help individuals and families understand levels of care, evaluate options, and identify programs that align with their unique needs, goals, and circumstances.

## The "controlled bottom"

There is a common misconception that a professional interventionist's role is simply to deliver a strong or impassioned plea. In reality, the work goes far beyond that. A skilled interventionist helps the family change habits, establish healthy boundaries, and create accountability, relieving them from the impossible burden of deciding whether to cut their loved one off.

> With the support of a professional, family and friends can elevate their loved one's bottom, helping them recognize the need for change before reaching a devastating low.

By seeking the guidance of a certified, experienced interventionist, families gain the perspective of someone who is not emotionally entangled in family dynamics.
